Parcelrow provides county-level real-estate information assembled from public records: state cadastral data, county zoning and future-land-use layers, and county filing systems. It is information, not advice — verify independently before transacting. Capacity figures are computed estimates and are labeled with their method; screens are screens, not verdicts.
Subscriptions are per county, billed monthly or annually, with a 7-day free trial. We email you the day before your trial ends. Cancel any time; access continues through the period you paid for. Your saved work is preserved if you lapse.
One login per client during the founding period. Don't resell, scrape, or redistribute the service. The underlying public records belong to the public; the assembly, analysis, and presentation are ours.
