Questions, answered straight

What brokers ask before opening a county.

Where does the data come from?
Public records only: the state cadastre for parcels and sales, the county's own zoning and future-land-use layers, and the county's filing systems for the development pipeline. Every card cites its source.
How fresh is it?
The whole map room is rebuilt every Monday, automatically. The status bar shows the pull date — you'll never wonder.
What happens when my trial ends?
We email you the day before. If you stay, the card on file is charged. If you cancel — one click — your saved work is preserved in case you come back.
Why do you ask for a card up front?
Because it keeps the room serious. Card-up-front filters for people who actually intend to work the county — and the day-6 reminder means the card is a convenience, not a trap.
My county isn't live. How long does a build take?
The pipeline that built two counties is repeatable: most US counties can be live within weeks of a request, faster where the county publishes good data. Founding accounts steer the queue.
Is this a replacement for CoStar or Reonomy?
No — it's the thing they don't make: a single county, mapped to the parcel, with zoning capacity math and a live pipeline, at a price a solo broker can expense. Depth over breadth.
